Supplied unpainted with a temporary protective stain, ready for you to paint in a colour to match your outdoor space. Choose from 5 cushion colours.

About the Kids Sun Lounge
The Kids Sun Lounge is a scaled-down take on a classic outdoor lounger, built from solid timber with sturdy joinery. Wide armrests and a low, stable frame make it comfortable and easy for kids to climb in and out of independently.
The lounge arrives with a temporary water-based stain for transport and storage protection only — it is not a permanent finish. Painting with a quality primer and exterior paint is required for long-term protection from the elements. The cushion is available in five colours — White, Baby Pink, Baby Blue, Sage, and Dark Grey — to suit your outdoor styling.

The Kids Sun Lounge arrives with a temporary water-based stain for transport and storage protection only — it provides minimal protection and is not a permanent finish. Painting is strongly advised for long-lasting durability and protection from outdoor elements. Failure to follow painting instructions may impact the product warranty.
Recommended process: Paint before assembly for easiest application and full coverage of all surfaces. Apply a minimum of 2 coats of Dulux 1 Step Prep primer, sealer & undercoat, followed by a minimum of 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield exterior paint.

Cushion Colour & Fading Notes
As with any outdoor fabric, prolonged sun exposure can cause natural fading or gradual colour variation over time — this is a normal characteristic of outdoor cushions and not a defect. To help the fabric last, bring cushions indoors or store under cover when not in use, especially during periods of intense sun. Actual cushion colours may also appear slightly different in person than on screen, depending on your device's display settings and lighting conditions.
Safety & Supervision
Adult supervision: Adult supervision is recommended when children are using the lounge, particularly for younger children who may not be aware of potential hazards.
Placement: Place on a flat, level, stable surface. Avoid positioning on uneven ground or near pool edges where the lounge could tip.
Maintenance: Check and tighten all screws and fittings periodically. Inspect timber surfaces for splinters or wear and touch up paint as needed.

Assembly & Care
Assembly: Assembly manuals are available on our Assembly Manuals page, with a printed copy included in your carton. Paint before assembly for best results and complete coverage of all surfaces.
Care: Wipe timber clean with a soft, damp cloth. Spot clean the cushion cover as needed and allow to fully dry before reuse. During severe weather, bring the lounge indoors or store under cover to prevent damage.
Touch-ups: Touch up paint promptly if chipped or worn to prevent moisture penetration into the timber.
