We ship Australia-wide from our Brisbane warehouse using road freight carriers — Northline, AirRoad, and Direct Freight. Unlike standard couriers, road freight is scanned at key depot checkpoints rather than continuously, so gaps of 24–48 hours between tracking updates are completely normal. If you've just received your tracking email, allow one business day for your consignment to appear in the carrier's system.

How Tracking Works

What to expect from dispatch to your door

Step 01
Tracking email sent

Once your order leaves our Geebung warehouse, you'll receive an email with your consignment number and a direct link to your carrier's tracking page.

Step 02
In transit scans

Your order is scanned as it moves through freight depots along the route. Updates can be 24–48 hours apart — this is standard for road freight and does not mean your order is delayed.

Step 03
Carrier contacts you

Your freight carrier will call or SMS to arrange a delivery day. Make sure your contact number is correct on your order — this call is how your delivery gets booked in.

Step 04
Kerbside delivery

Items are delivered to your kerbside or driveway. Someone must be home to receive, count cartons, check for damage, and sign the delivery docket.

Large item freight tip: Our cubby houses, swing sets, and kids beds ship as multi-carton pallets. When your delivery arrives, count the number of cartons against the delivery docket before the driver leaves and note any damage in writing. Do not reject a damaged delivery — contact us within 4 business days with photos and we'll arrange a fast resolution.

Tracking Not Updating?

Road freight behaves differently to courier parcels — here's what to do

Unlike express couriers, road freight carriers scan consignments at depot checkpoints — not at every movement. This means your tracking page may show no new activity for a full business day or more while your order is physically moving. This is not a cause for concern. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days with no new scan, follow the steps below.

  • 01 Check the carrier's tracking page directly using your consignment number — the links above go straight there. The carrier's own system sometimes shows updates that haven't yet synced to our tracking page.
  • 02 Call the carrier on the number listed above. Have your consignment number ready. Carrier staff can locate your freight in their depot system and give you a real-time update.
  • 03 If the carrier is unable to locate your shipment or you're not satisfied with their response, contact us with your order number and consignment number. We'll escalate directly with the freight partner on your behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common tracking and delivery questions

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

Road freight tracking updates at depot scan points, not in real time. Gaps of 24–48 hours between scans are completely normal — your order is still moving. If you've received your tracking email, allow one full business day for the consignment to register in the carrier's system before checking.

If there has been no update for more than 3 business days, follow the steps in the Tracking Not Updating? section above, or call the carrier directly with your consignment number.

My tracking shows "delivered" but nothing has arrived — what do I do?

This can occasionally happen when a carrier marks a delivery in their system ahead of the physical drop. First steps:

  • Check with anyone else at the property who may have received it
  • Look for a card or notification left by the driver — items may have been left at a depot for collection
  • Check your front boundary or driveway for large freight cartons

If you still can't locate your delivery, call the carrier directly. If that doesn't resolve it, contact us and we'll investigate with the freight partner immediately.

Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?

Yes — for all large freight items (cubby houses, swing sets, forts, kids beds), someone must be present at the time of delivery. This is required to:

  • Count the cartons against the delivery docket
  • Check for any visible damage before signing
  • Accept the delivery — drivers cannot leave unsecured freight unattended

If nobody is home, the freight will be returned to the carrier's depot and re-delivery charges may apply. The carrier will contact you to reschedule.

My order hasn't been dispatched yet — when will it leave?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your consignment number as soon as your order leaves our Geebung warehouse. If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't received a dispatch email, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Can I pick up my order from your Brisbane warehouse instead?

Yes — warehouse pickup is available from our Geebung facility by appointment. Collection is from Unit 3/356 Bilsen Road, Geebung QLD 4034, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–2:00pm. Please note we do not have a showroom and products cannot be viewed prior to purchase.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide. The table above covers major metro areas only. For suburbs not listed, use the nearest city as a rough guide and allow extra time. For rural, semi-rural, or remote addresses, contact us with your postcode before ordering and we'll provide a specific delivery estimate.
