Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Original packaging: Item must be in its original, unopened packaging
- Unused condition: Product must be unused and unpacked
- Same condition: Item must be in the same condition as when it was received
- Proof of purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify it meets our return criteria
- Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after inspection
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- You will receive an email notification when the refund is complete
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• The 6% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible for the best outcome.
Order Not Yet Shipped
- We will cancel your order immediately
- You will receive a full refund with no restocking fee
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
Order Already Shipped
- You may still be able to cancel, but the order may be in transit
- Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee will apply
- Standard return procedures and fees will be applicable

- We will cover all shipping costs for returns and replacements
What Is Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Products that have been altered or modified in any way
• Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions
