When Paris reached out about creating a custom cubby house for Phoenix and London, we were in our Geebung warehouse packing orders. Not exactly Beverly Hills. But that's the thing about building a product you're genuinely proud of - it finds its way to people who care about quality, no matter where they are.
Paris wanted something specific. Not a plastic play structure from a big box store. Not a flat-pack kit that falls apart after one summer. She wanted a real timber playhouse her kids could grow up in - somewhere Phoenix and London could play, imagine, and make their own. She wanted the Billie Grand Cubby House.
Why the Billie Grand?
The Billie Grand is our biggest, most customisable cubby house. It's the one we recommend to families who want room to go all out with styling, and Paris definitely went all out.
Her custom add-ons included a timber pergola for shaded outdoor play (essential in California), an interactive blackboard mud kitchen, and cottage fascia detailing that gave the whole thing a storybook cottage feel. Then she brought in Australian brands to style the interior - wallpaper, neon signs, felt food, designer rugs, the lot.
The result was part playhouse, part design statement. And the kids couldn't get enough of it.
The Beverly Hills Install
We flew the whole team to Paris's Beverly Hills home to install the cubby personally. Walking onto the property was surreal. But once the tools came out and the timber went up, it felt like any other build - except with better weather and Paris's dogs supervising every step.
Meeting Paris in person was the highlight. She wasn't just there for a photo op - she was involved, excited, and had opinions on every detail. This was a mum who wanted the best for her kids. That's something we understand.
100 Million Views and Counting
Since the install, the cubby house has become a regular feature in Paris's family content. Not staged ad posts - genuine everyday footage of Phoenix and London playing in it, dragging toys inside, refusing to come in for dinner. The kind of content that resonates because it's real.
Those TikTok videos have collectively reached over 100 million views. For a small Brisbane business, that's pretty wild.

What Happened Next
Phoenix and London loved the cubby house so much that when Paris and Carter moved to a new property, the kids didn't want to leave it behind. Carter called us and asked if we could relocate it. We built them two new ones instead - connected by a custom pergola, one for each child.
