Kathy Hilton was actually our first Hilton. Before Paris, before the TikTok videos, before Honest Renovations - it started with a grandmother who wanted something special for her grandkids.
Kathy discovered Hide & Seek Kids on her own. She wasn't referred by anyone in the family (that came later). She found our website, liked what she saw, and got in touch about building a custom Frankie Grand Cubby House at her estate.
Her vision was specific - a playhouse that looked beautiful enough to sit in the garden year-round, but was built for real play. Not a showpiece. A functioning cubby house her grandchildren would actually use. And she wanted it styled for the holidays.
The Build
The Frankie Grand is our biggest cubby house design, and Kathy used every inch of it. The base structure went up the same way it does for any family - premium timber panels, careful assembly, attention to every join and finish. But the styling is where Kathy made it her own.
She brought in a team of Australian and US small businesses to add the finishing touches:

How It Led to Paris
Here's the part we love. Kathy's cubby house is what put Hide & Seek Kids on the Hilton family's radar. Paris saw what her mother had built, loved it, and reached out about creating her own for Phoenix and London. That turned into the Billie Grand collaboration, which turned into a second build at their new mansion, which turned into TikTok videos seen by over 100 million people.

The Frankie Grand
The Frankie Grand Cubby House is our most spacious design.
